this video Protein Denaturation looks fun!

The presentation by Dr. Kiki Samfort is so interesting. She is presenting a simple denaturation of protein, but i think most of u may not always think of that " without denaturation, many DELICOUS IS NEVER BE POSSIBLE" ! wow! i like this sentences, i always have a hard boil egg for my breakfast, imagine that, without the denaturation of the protein in the egg white, how can i get the nutritious hard boiled egg as breakfast?

I certainly do not wish to have a hot liquid egg as the breakfast, i think all of us share the same opinion, right? haha ...

Not only heat can denature the protein, acid and force will do the same... and this is how various kind of food been made by this denatured protein.
Beating the egg white give a batter of cake that entrapped air bubble so that a foam texture can formed.

Do u ever pondered on this? think again " without denaturation, many delicious food is never possible "!!

both of them are nice, duck egg have a stronger smell... haha, notice that the duck egg that i have tried is not a salted one but fresh one~!
